Total liability shall not exceed amounts paid by you in the previous 12 months.

You agree to defend and indemnify Uswagon Enterprise from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from:

  • Your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
